Résumé

The ATACCS (Application and Theory of Automation in Command and Control Systems) conference is organized by the HALA! Research Network and aims at fostering research in the specific domain of automation and providing answers to the questions above. These proceedings provide an overview of the first ATACCS conference. They contain a set of 18 research papers, a set of 5 industrial papers and a set of 12 PhD extended abstracts all of them focussing on the issues raised by automation in command and control systems. These contributions are gathered in these proceedings to contain the most up-to-date research work in the automation domain. Some of the topics include Human-Automation Collaboration, Decision Support Systems, Analysis and Validation of Automation, Unmanned Aircraft System, Trajectory Optimization, Automated Assessments and Information Automation.
